Appointments at Revive Physiotherapy are reserved specifically for you. We understand that plans can change and ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rearranged without charge.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Missed appointments or non-attendance may be charged at the full appointment fee.Late arrival may result in a shortened session in order to avoid delaying other patients.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible so that the appointment time can be offered to another patient.

Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately following your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Revive Physiotherapy currently operates on a self-pay basis. While the clinic does not have formal affiliations with private medical insurers, some providers may allow patients to self-fund treatment and claim reimbursement retrospectively. Patients should check directly with their insurer regarding eligibility.
